We are Travel agent based in Ho Chi Minh City VIETNAM. Since 2008 is first online Hotel booking and Tour operator.
These terms and conditions - as may be amended from time to time - apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
The reservations have to been made through our online reservation form, e-mail, telephone, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel or our services at which you book.
The reservations is effective only when you inform us your booking information and credit card details or pay a certain deposit to us, then we will process your order for you.
Prices and best price guarantee
We strive to have the most competitive prices and we want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay at a Hotel. Should you find your Hotel room reservation, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after you have made a booking through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate under the terms and conditions of the Best Price Guarantee. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy and be submitted in compliance with all relevant terms and conditions of our best price guarantee
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on the Site for a specific stay at a Hotel for the same room type, however, these rates made by Hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect of cancellation and refund. Please check the room type and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. The same room type may have different rates, depending on such restrictions and conditions.
1. The following conditions must apply:
- Same hotel
- Same period of stay
- Same Room/Bed type
- Same Advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any)
- Same Cancellation and Amendment policies
- The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check availability
2. The “Best Price Guarantee” does not apply to unpublished rates, such as:
- Private rates
- Packaged or promotional rates
- Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
- Rates that are not available to the general public, which include: Corporate discount rates, Group or meeting rates, Any rates requiring membership, Loyalty programs and Any organization with rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public.
3. Choice Travel Vietnam has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same hotel, room type, dates, and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims processing requirements.
Confirmation of booking
Due to processing requirements, on occasion hotels are unable to confirm a reservation immediately (the hotels are shown as "On request" booking). The confirmations are coordinated staff and send via e-mail to you within 24 - 48 hours except for special cases (during fair periods, high season, or special events). If you do not receive any mail from us within 24 - 48 hours after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately at.
If you cancel, amend or change a booking
You may modify or cancel your booking at any time prior to your arrival date through the Site.
If you cancel or amend your booking, there may be a cancellation charge or amendment fee levied by the accommodation or other service provider. In any event, if you fail to cancel or amend your booking in accordance with the provider's cancellation or amendment policy, you will be charged a cancellation or amendment fee by the accommodation or other service provider. Further details of cancellation policy are set out in email@example.com email to you confirming your booking and are also shown on the hotel's room details page prior to you making a booking.
If, for whatsoever reason, you do not turn up at the accommodation on the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation email, without prior warning to firstname.lastname@example.org ("a no show"), this shall be considered a cancellation. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room or our services details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation (No-show) and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night, or more, per room, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel carefully prior to making your reservation.
Any changes to your reservation must be made through Choice Travel Vietnam and not directly with the hotel.
Note: Please be advised that. Cancellations/Amendments are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation or amendment. If you have submitted your cancellation or amendment and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email within 24 hours after submission, please do contact us IMMEDIATELY.

Passport and entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Choice Travel Vietnam Co Reservation Guarantee
All reservations secured through us are backed by our Reservation Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a BOOKING VOUCHER) is not available or cannot be honored upon check-in, and no other room types that you had booked are available, immediately contact our Customer Service Agents at the contact details listed on your BOOKING VOUCHER. We will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel and we will pay for the full cost of the first night's stay based on the original reservation, including any tax and service charges. Also, just provide a receipt and we will also pay for all communication costs to our office.
Note: the We reservation guarantee is only valid if you contact us upon check-in. Later claims, after the actual check-in, cannot be covered.
Refund of unused services
Refund method will be done immediately upon agreement between you and us for unused services. Again we do not charge you any amount for our effort to refund if you have cancellation on time, however bank fees will be at your side.
Travel insurance is not included in your tour/hotel price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
You are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior to arriving in your destination. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all medical costs and the costs of assistance including return to the your country of residence in the event of an accident or illness.
We will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by the accommodation providers and to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) if the non performance is caused by force majeure. By way of example force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist act, closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe or other causes that seriously affect both parties and other unforeseeable causes beyond control.
In the case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that the client informs us at the earliest opportunity in order that they have the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible
In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation please inform the accommodation reception staff or management immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action.
All hotel information that is published on the website is current and is subject to change without notice. We have visited the majority of its featured hotels and every effort has been made to describe the hotels as accurately as possible. However. We cannot accept responsibility for facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, whilst the hotelier or supplier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by hotel management or staff.
